Relationship History Inventory
Before we can build healthy, secure, and lasting relationships, we need to understand the patterns we’ve been carrying often unconsciously from one relationship to the next. In this foundational module, you’ll complete a guided Relationship History Inventory designed to help you explore the emotional blueprints that shape your romantic choices, attachment style, and boundary dynamics.
Through reflective prompts and structured exercises, you’ll identify:
-
Recurring themes in past relationships
-
Emotional roles you've played (e.g., caretaker, fixer, avoider)
-
Unmet needs and relationship triggers
-
How early experiences shaped your relational expectations
This process isn’t about blame, it’s about clarity. By the end of the module, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how your relationship past informs your present, and you'll begin to break free from old cycles that no longer serve your well-being or self-worth.
