A brief overview of the theoretical cycle that happens whenever you attempt to create change in your life. As we walk through the different stages, try to think of a time you attempted to create a change in your life or a change you currently want to make. This lesson will help you explore the importance of the questions below.

  1. Is there a willingness and desire to change?
  2. Is there anything holding you back?
  3. Is there anything that might prevent the change from happening?
  4. What triggers exist that will return you to the old way of doing things?
